Terms of Service – Full Count Academy

By participating in training sessions, programs, camps, memberships, or services provided by Full Count Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Training Participation

All athletes participate in training activities at their own risk. Full Count Academy is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during training sessions, events, or while on the premises.

2. Payments & Memberships

All memberships, lessons, and programs must be paid in full or through approved payment plans before participation. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Full Count Academy.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Training schedules may change based on facility availability, weather, holidays, or other circumstances. Athletes must provide at least 24 hours notice for canceled sessions to qualify for rescheduling.

4. Athlete Conduct

Athletes and parents are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward coaches, staff, and other players. Full Count Academy reserves the right to remove participants for inappropriate conduct without refund.

5. Media Release

By participating in Full Count Academy programs, you grant permission for photos and videos taken during training to be used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

6. Health & Safety

Athletes should only participate if medically able to perform baseball-related physical activity. Parents/guardians are responsible for informing staff of any injuries, medical conditions, or restrictions.

7. Facility & Equipment

Participants are responsible for using equipment properly and respecting academy facilities. Any intentional damage may result in additional charges or removal from programs.

8. Changes to Services

Full Count Academy reserves the right to update pricing, memberships, schedules, policies, and training programs at any time.
