Meet Coach Jase Bishop

Coach Jase Bishop brings an elite championship culture, discipline, and a deep love for the game to Northwest Arkansas youth baseball. 

Growing up in South Arkansas, Jase was a standout player for the powerhouse Woodlawn Bears baseball program. Playing under the leadership of legendary, multi-time State Champion Head Coach Tommy Richardson, Jase was forged in a system built entirely on relentless execution, high-intensity fundamentals, and peak mental toughness. During his time at Woodlawn, he helped lead the team through historic State Championship runs, mastering the high-pressure, disciplined style of play that Coach Richardson's programs are famous for statewide.

Jase knows exactly what it takes to build a winning mindset, execute flawless mechanics under pressure, and transition from a passionate young player into a champion. Now based in Northwest Arkansas, his goal is to instill that exact "Championship Blueprint" into the next generation of local ballplayers. Jase focuses on building fundamentally sound athletes and mentally tough leaders. He believes that the discipline learned on the baseball diamond sets young players up for massive success both on and off the field. 

Meet Coach Tristan Bates

Coach Tristan Bates brings an elite championship pedigree and a deep, fundamental understanding of winning baseball. As a standout former player for the legendary Woodlawn Bears program under Arkansas Hall of Fame coach Tommy Richardson, Tristan helped lead his team to the 2023 Class 2A State Championship. During his time at Woodlawn, Tristan was a vital contributor to the Bears' dominant culture, At Full Count Academy, Coach Bates translates his first-hand championship experience into a high-energy training environment. He focuses intensely on sharpening mechanical development, elevating situational awareness, and passing down the disciplined work ethic required for athletes to excel at the high school and collegiate levels.
